Heat Pump Hot Water Systems
Heat Pumps are a relatively new technology that are becoming very popular with people who are energy and cost conscious. They work similarly to are air conditioner by removing heat from ambient air to warm water. Heat Pumps attract RECs and Government Rebates.
Heat pumps are one of the most efficient ways to heat water and are actually more environmentally friendly than straight gas and electric systems. Heat pumps are usually located at ground level, outside and are about the same size as a conventional electric unit. Some system can split the storage tank and the module making the unit easier to hide away.
